Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Marwadi Arts, we focus on providing customized and creative services tailored to your business goals. Since our work involves considerable time and effort invested in design and development, we have a transparent cancellation and refund policy in place.
If you wish to cancel a service, it must be requested in writing by emailing us at info@marwadiarts.com. Cancellations requested before the commencement of work may be considered for a partial refund, after deducting any administrative or processing fees. However, once the work has started — including research, ideation, or design drafts — no refunds will be processed.
We do not offer refunds for completed work. Once the final deliverables are sent or marked as complete (including approved designs or deployed websites), the payment is non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and request revisions during the development stage. Once the final output is shared, any dissatisfaction expressed after approval will not be grounds for a refund.
Refunds will also not be granted in cases where project delays are caused by lack of communication, content, or feedback from the client’s side. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for change of mind or decisions unrelated to the quality or delivery of our services.
We encourage all clients to communicate openly and raise concerns during the course of the project. In case of any disputes, we are open to discussion and resolution through proper and professional channels.
